im a rising senior and have a gpa like 3.3/4.0. am i screwed up quantitative finance full time jobs recruiting?

For jobs or MFE? If you plan on getting into an MFE program:

Low GPA from no-name school...very difficult to justify.

3.3 from ivy league...not a problem at all, just do well on your GREs.

an undergrad with 3.3 gpa seems not very bright from quant recruiter's standpoint of view

however, like the case mentioned above, it may be justifiable if the undergrad school is mit/caltech caliber...

It's often easier to get a high GPA from a leading school (MIT, Caltech) than from a no-name school. But it's true that a low GPA from a no-name school scuppers one's chances.

Job and an ivy league school majoring in engineering
