Just out of curiosity, usually how many MFE grad can go to HFT? and how many phd in finance can go into HFT? and for trading positions, usually does it require more mathematical intuition than accumulative financial knowledge?
PhD in Computer Science can go into HFT.
PhD in Finance can go into Fundamental Research, not HFT.
Trading is more intuition + experience than theoretical knowledge.
