I checked the email sent by Sara in January. She said it is by 5 pm.

They would be doing so the entire day and probably release the rejects before the clock strikes 5... would be my guess anyway

Are you sure they said that they would not receive a call? or was it that they will also receive an email.

I called admissions and they said "All decisions will be released BY 5pm. Admitted students will get BOTH a call and an email." Nothing so far...fingers crossed
