CMU MSCF Need help or advice from CMU

I am re-applying the MSCF program at CMU. I submitted my application for the first round. I used my previous school email address since it worked well in my last application. However, a couple weeks ago, there was something wrong with the email system and a lot of my classmates missed the emails. I just recognized this problem recently. I am so upset and worried that I may miss some information from CMU, such as interview invitation. I tried to call CMU many times today, but nobody answer. Is there anyone who has similar experience can give me some advise? Or any CMU student here can help me inquire my application status, since the decision will be released soon for the first round?
