MIT MFin No loan for Summer Term

Was any other participant worried about this statement?:

As of now Masters of Finance students aren't eligible to receive loans or aid during the summer term

Was this policy applied last year? how can we fund the summer term?

That probably means the school is not going to help you. You might be able to get a loan but not through the school.

I could get a loan, but not a student loan, with a much higher interest rate since I am not American.

French, the IDB or (BID Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo) offers loans to latam students. So you should look for it. I'm Mexican and I am also trying to go to study a Master in the US. Fortunately you were admitted and I am wait listed so go on and look for it. Don't let go that opportunity.
