It's Feb 7th 2AM HKT, so I believe it's 6th afternoon EST. Not sure about others..

No problem. There were two emails, one from Professor Brunnermeier and Sircar (basically notification and some logistics), and one from Ms. Collins. They didn't mention how many students are admitted, though they said the official offer of admission from the Graduate School will arrive by this Wednesday.
