1. Math background is essential. They said this is one of the few things they cannot compromise on, so that the student will be able to handle the courses without struggling. They will make sure you have the right background either from your GPA or from separate extra courses that you taken. (I think the courses need to be accredited)

I wonder if they’re still releasing interviews… I saw @nkscb was rejected on the tracker….. I haven’t heard anything yet: good or bad. Did you actually get a rejection email or are you just assuming? @nkscb

This is interesting. Last year, they released most rejection on one single day 3/8/24. If the rejection you saw you Tracker is accurate, we may see some early rejections this year.

They selected 125 candidates for the interview, but I am not sure how many applied.

I am assuming that I am not selected as I haven't received any interview invite. Do they release interview invites in batches?

Until you get an official rejection letter, it's too early to mark your tracker as Rejection.
It's still too early for anyone to get the interview invites as the online test was on Dec 28th.
This is the end of the year so schools will close down for vacation.

I received this invitation. Yes I was quite surprised as well that they had this invitation much faster than expected.
Maybe they want to finalize the admission asap, somekind of Trump related issue? Have no idea

I’d ask them. But they for sure have historically done it in batches. I’d keep your hopes alive!

I am also waiting for the call. Last time, they had sent interview calls in multiple batches. This time, there is no word on further calls after the one that was reported earlier. I feel this week they will roll out further calls, if at all.
