Reputed Phd Programs in Quantfin?

Could someone guide me on which Quantfin Phd programs are reputed? (in terms of employability, learning and resources)

Afraid the only quant finance specific PhD I have heard about is Stony Brook.

You may be better off just doing a finance/math PhD at a reputable (big name) university and focusing your research on quant finance.

Usually people get PhD Mathematics and focus on Quant Finance research. Some schools have Quant Finance researchers out of their Business schools also in which case you have to apply to PhD Finance.

Princeton has a Finance PhD? I am pretty sure they only have PhD Economics and concentration in Financial Economics...

Checked out Princeton, you can do finance for your PhD but it is under economics.

The BCF does not directly admit Ph.D. students. Typically, Ph.D. students in the BCF are admitted by the Department of Economics, the Department of ORFE, or the Program in Applied and Computational Mathematics.

Yup. You do PhD Economics with concentration in Finance at BCF. Many universities have it like this. MIT(Economics-Fin Concentration), Harvard (Business Economics), etc.
