I have completely redone the MFE review format to encourage more people to submit review. The goal is "review early, review often". You don't have to be a graduate to write a review. You can write it as soon as your first semester. And you can submit as many reviews as you like.

Name/email or any piece of ID is not completely optional. If you want your review to be marked as "Verified", you can enter an email. Verified reviews will carry more weight than anonymous reviews for obvious reasons.

I have eliminated lot of questions and simplify the form.
