Chicago MSFM Uchicago likely to extend MSFM program to 15 months

Just got this message from Nina:

We would like to let you know that there is a strong likelihood that the curriculum will be extended from 9 to 15 months starting in the 2014-15 academic year. As such, tuition costs may rise accordingly.

Wonder if it's gonna make the program better.
 
Seems to make sense. There is only so much you can cram into one year and there is the lost opportunity of doing a proper internship which is really important to land a full-time job.
