What are my Chances at being accepted?

I am currently a Communication systems student at Ain shams university,Egypt.
I am studying signal processing.

Its currently the best engineering school in my country and the most powerful one in the mathematical and theoretical background.
I still got two years for graduation,I intend to graduate with a 3.2 GPA
And I'm currently studying for Cambridge international business finance certificate.

I'm good at C++,currently studying C# and will soon study matlab as well.
I have these grades related to my Quant skills:
Linear Algebra A
Calculus II B+
Calculus III A
Statistical Signal processing A

I also intend to Design a program that Simulates Radio Frequency Planning in Mobile Communications as my Graduation project.

I need to know ,If i'm a fresh graduate with these qualifications
What are my chances at being accepted in one of the top 10 Quant schools?
