this seems to be somewhat unusualDid anyone receive any offers today? It seems unusual that there’s only one update in the tracker today, especially considering the trends from previous years
There were two duplicate checklists, and now, the last one disappeared. How many checklists did you have before? Can you explain how it changed?
The change in number of checklists usually indicates a decision is made which is proved by situations of many other schools, for example, UCSD. I guess it is caused by some glitches on the frontend of the application portal.Idk why, but my application still shows both the checklists.
not for me; I'm an international student at a US university.Does anyone see the "Accepted international student" message on the right? looks like last year people who got accepeted had that.
im an international student applying from India, I don’t have it.Does anyone see the "Accepted international student" message on the right? looks like last year people who got accepeted had that.
Didn't that occur around the end of March? I noticed the trend that acceptances are released first followed by rejections and waitlists based on the tracker (for UChicago; not sure about others). However, no one knows until one opens up the box. Let's wait a bit and see what happensim an international student applying from India, I don’t have it.
Not trying to be pessimistic, but I just glanced through the 2024 tracker after the discussion about the "checklist disappearance"—most updates were rejections or waitlists. So, I am bracing for impact.![]()
